He was Wounded

The Messiah was not just wounded—He was pierced, breached, and profaned for us.

Isaiah prophesied that Jesus’ body would be violently opened so that our broken lives could be healed and restored. By His stripes we are healed—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Through the cross, Jesus:

Broke the wall of separation so we could enter God’s presence

Was profaned so we could be made holy

Suffered so we could be saved, redeemed, and born again

In the fellowship of His sufferings, we find true healing and wholeness.
